1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:

  • You cancel a service within 7 days of purchase and work has not yet commenced.
  • The service delivered is substantially different from what was promised in the written agreement or proposal.
  • We fail to deliver the agreed service within a reasonable timeframe and you notify us in writing.
  • A billing error occurs on our end.

⚠️ Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Completed custom development work
  • Time-based services already rendered (e.g., consulting hours, security monitoring)
  • Change-of-mind or project cancellation after major development has begun

2. Recurring Services and Subscriptions

For monthly services (e.g., hosting, maintenance, monitoring):

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time with 7 days’ written notice before your next billing cycle.
  • No pro-rata refunds are issued for partial months unless agreed in advance.
